"Imagine driving from New York to Tallahassee Florida and looking in your rear view mirror and seeing black smoke billowing out the back; pulling to the side of the road and more black smoke rising from the engine. Not to mention that you have to be to work the next day. This is what happened to us in Seneca South Carolina. We stopped at Auto Zone to ask for a recommendation and they said Pro Tune without blinking an eye.

 

We managed to get the vehicle to Pro Tune and talked to the man in charge behind the desk. He said it would be a few minutes and he would get someone to look at it. Of course fearing the worst we patiently waited. In less than ten minutes the truck was on its way up on the lift and the mechanic had it diagnosed before it even got to the top.

 

Wow!!

 

Then we really were impressed when Glenn started to make some phone calls to his customers that had cars in the shop for repair. After a few phone calls he had his schedule rearranged.Wow!! We were back on the road in 5 hours after replacing the rear main oil seal. Come to find out they had one mechanic on vacation; another was on weekend duty for the national guard. Glenn and his team were the utmost of courteous and professional. Although I hope that no ones car breaks down.
